As a seasoned construction sales rep, you'll promote and sell insulation products to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting with potential clients to assess their insulation needs and provide expert recommendations
Maintaining a thorough understanding of various insulation types (e.g., fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) and their applications
Creating and delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of insulation solutions
Preparing detailed proposals, cost estimates, and project specifications tailored to customer requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support throughout the sales process
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new insulation technologies to position our products effectively
Educating customers about insulation benefits, energy efficiency, and proper installation practices
Requirements:
5 years insulation and/or construction sales development experience
Strong understanding of insulation materials and their benefits
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
