Job Description
The Personal Insurance Advisor role requires a results-driven individual to provide a high standard of service to customers, meet sales and retention targets, and optimize cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers, ensuring a great experience.
- Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through the use of selling and retention skills.
- Execute policy amendments efficiently, ensuring all aspects of service provision meet customer expectations.
- Optimize opportunities for cross-selling to generate referrals and maximize business growth opportunities.
- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, ensuring call answering objectives are achieved for both the customer and organization.
- Work closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets set.
- Ensure all systems and procedures are complied with.
- Accrue and maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of the Company's Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements.
- Complete relevant industry qualifications as appropriate.
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third-level qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Proactive, energetic approach and positive outlook.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
