We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Contact Centre team. As an Insurance & Deposit Advisor, you will provide advice and support to customers across a range of financial products, delivering an exceptional customer experience through a blend of technology and skilled people. You will be responsible for day-to-day deposit rollover transactions, responding to queries, and building relationships with customers and partners. Essential requirements include APA in Regulations, Loans and Investments or QFA, while desired requirements include a passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This is a permanent position based onsite, and you will be working as part of a team and on your own initiative.
