Manage a team of customer advisors, meeting monthly targets, ensuring compliance and quality, and reporting in required format. Supervise new business and renewal retention, ensuring timely completion of processes and documentation. Maintain quality and regulatory standards across client interactions. Ensure timely reporting and processes. Engage with colleagues to optimize client experience, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
