Insurance Broker role available in Sligo, with a privately-owned General Insurance Broker, offering a hybrid work arrangement and competitive salary.
We are seeking a candidate with relevant qualifications, such as APA, CIP, or working towards them, to handle inbound sales inquiries, manage sales processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls
- Manage the sales process for new prospects
- Deal with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat
- Offer the complete range of insurance products
Key qualifications and skills:
- Background in sales or tele-sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Proficiency in administration
