Your new role As the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses, damages, or theft, your empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in kickstarting the claims process and providing exceptional service to responsibilities:Serve as the initial point of contact for document and process empathetic and efficient customer with internal teams to ensure smooth claims processing. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years of experience within the insurance communication skills (both verbal and written).Detail-oriented and with insurance policies and claims processes (preferred).
