Join our branch network team as an Insurance Representative based in Portlaoise with full training provided. Positive customer service professionals with a passion for customer service and great communication skills are needed. This role involves engaging with customers face to face, identifying and meeting their needs, and promoting AXA across various community and business initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Spend time in a local branch office engaging with customers face to face.
* Identify and meet customer needs across new business and renewals, and other service-related interactions.
* Participate in external business development activities promoting AXA across various community and business initiatives.

**Requirements:**
* Strong customer service skills and an enthusiastic telephone manner.
* Ability to negotiate and sell, with a minimum essential requirement of a successful leaving certificate (including Maths & English) or equivalent, and at least 6 months experience in a customer service role.
* Eligibility and authorization to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
