Looking for an Insurance Sales Agent with at least one years experience in Personal Lines and APA qualified to work for a leading Irish Insurance company based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role offering competitive bonus and other great benefits. Key Responsibilities Identify calls that are likely to result in new business Convert leads into sales in order to achieve and exceed individual targets Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities Build rapport with customers Process leads, quotations and new business policies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience/Requirements At least one years experience in Personal Lines and must be APA qualified Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
