**Integrated Planning Lead for EMEA** We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Lead to oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects in EMEA. **Job Description** This role requires a strong background in planning and scheduling, with experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. **Responsibilities** * Develop and oversee continuous improvement of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects * Manage cross-functional teams inside and outside Microsoft to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time * Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues * Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders * Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time * Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * Deep experience in planning/scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 or MS Project) * Extensive years of experience in design and construction project management * Extensive years of experience in planning medium-sized capital projects ($50 MM - $200 MM+) in construction, oil, gas, or chemicals (or related process industry) * Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients * Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management, and Key Commodity Tracking * Demonstrated skills in project planning software, such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project * Strong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology * Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment * Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in datacenter design and construction * Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other schedule health analysis tools * Strong experience with Risk Schedule Analysis * Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience **About Microsoft** Microsoft is an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community.
