Unijobs, on behalf of a public sector client, is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions for seamless data exchange and interoperability across healthcare systems and applications.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange and interoperability across healthcare systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design integration solutions.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and routing specifications for healthcare data exchange.
• Configure and customise integration tools and middleware to enable seamless interoperability between disparate systems.
• Implement and test integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and configure HL7 interfaces, APIs, web services, and other integration methods to enable real-time data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working collaboratively with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Integration Engineer, working on healthcare integration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT standards, protocols, and data formats.
• Strong technical skills in integration technologies and platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages and scripting languages.
• Experience with API development, web services, and RESTful interfaces.
• Familiarity with database systems and data transformation technologies.
