Design user experiences for innovative medical devices and systems. Apply user research and technical design skills to create digital interfaces, collaborating with Marketing and R&D teams. Deliver end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities. Work with cross-functional teams, apply strategic thinking, and drive trade-offs for all Next Generation design workstreams. Foster employee-manager relationships, grow and mentor UXD talent, and evangelize user experience work.
