Interim Finance Director Technology Position Description An excellent opportunity to join a large Private Equity backed Irish technology firm which has been expanding at a rapid pace through both organic and acquisitive growth. This will be a c. 5-month contract. Position will report to the CFO and will act as Interim Finance Director managing the year-end reporting, annual audit, and leadership of team in treasury, tax, external reporting and company secretarial. Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant, with finance leadership experience within a large company and Big 4/ Top 10 training background Strong technical accounting skills Excellent academic track record and career track record to date Client Background Our client is a fast-growing Irish PE owned Technology Group.
