We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join our client's Finance team. Based in Kilkenny, with hybrid working available, you will report to the Finance Director and play a critical role in supporting senior management. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, timely financial reporting, and driving efficiencies across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee finance activities, including forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, and compliance. Partner with finance teams to streamline monthly management accounts and reports. Prepare project gross margin analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage treasury, banking relationships, and budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Support payroll and resolve any related queries. Collaborate with senior management on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives. Assist with annual audits and maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Qualifications & Experience: ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification with 5+ years post-qualification experience. Strong proficiency in financial systems, including Sage, ERP, and Excel.
