Interior Design Graduate sought for innovative head office in Celbridge, Kildare. Passion for colour and interior design required.
My client, a well-known interiors retailer, is looking for a creative and dynamic design consultant to work closely with the marketing team and provide consultant services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised consultations across multiple brands.
- Utilise CRM and design software to streamline consultation processes.
- Collaborate with teams to optimise the customer journey.
- Provide post-consultation support with tailored follow-ups.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure high-quality service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and brand offerings.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelors or Master's in Interiors Design.
- 1-2+ years of retail or customer facing experience working in interiors, fashion or hospitality.
- Proficient in design software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work 40 hours and some Saturdays included.
- Passion for interiors and colour.
- Full drivers licence.
