Job Description
Our client, a top contractor, requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee RC Frame commercial developments in Dublin. The successful candidate will report to a Senior QS and be primarily site-based.
- Ensure project objectives are met and implement changes as necessary
- Compile final accounts, variations, and valuations
- Manage sub-contractors, tendering, and payments
- Develop cost plans and cost reporting
- Interact with the project team to maximise project procurement, production, and strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification
- Minimum of three years' QS experience
- Experience working on sites in Ireland or the UK
- Strong communication, time management, and reporting skills
