Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Dublin Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: Market leading A leading contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for an intermediate QS to work on a large scale Mixed-use development in Dublin City Centre With a number of projects throughout Dublin, the company has grown steadily over the last 3 years and is currently looking to recruit for a QS at intermediate level. The successful QS will report to a Senior QS and will be primarily site based. Responsibilities Ensure project objectives are met and set a change in process where appropriate Compile the final accounts, variations and valuations Sub-contractors tendering and payments Cost plans Cost reporting Interact with the project team to maximise project procurement, production and strategies Ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design teams and supply chain The Person Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience Previous experience on projects over €10m is beneficial but not necessary Hungry to learn and develop Excellent communicator Strong time management and reporting skills The company will actively develop the successful Quantity Surveyor and will provide full support with education / chartership.
