Our client, a large building contractor, requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a large new build education project in Cork City.The successful QS will report to a Senior QS and will be primarily site-based.ResponsibilitiesEnsure project objectives are met and set a change in process where appropriateCompile the final accounts, variations, and valuationsSub-contractors tendering and paymentsCost plansCost reportingInteract with the project team to maximise project procurement, production, and strategiesAbility to form and develop relationships with clients, PQS, design teams, and the supply chainThe PersonDegree educated in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualificationMinimum of three years’ QS experienceWorked on sites in Ireland or the UKHungry to learn and developExcellent communicatorStrong time management and reporting skillsAn attractive salary and benefits package is available for the successful candidate.Please apply with your CV or for more information contact Bobby on 087 916 0169. #J-18808-Ljbffr
