About the role: The company is seeking a motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the team, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role involves working on a range of prestigious, high-value projects from start to finish as part of an established team. This position offers significant opportunities to contribute to exciting projects and advance a career within a BIM-enabled contracting environment. Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role is required for this position. • Experience in managing a major hotel redevelopment project in County Mayo. • Experienced with high-quality medium and large-scale projects in Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial, and Education sectors. • Strong contractual and commercial acumen. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with clients and design teams Responsibilities: • Responsible for Source and engage subcontractors and suppliers for project needs.. • Continuously track and manage all commercial elements throughout the duration of the project. • Handle negotiations and final settlements of subcontractor accounts. • Assist in creating and submitting monthly payment claims for the project. • Prepare and issue subcontract agreements.
