About the role: This position has been created due to a number of recently awarded and upcoming residential projects in the Limerick area. My client is ideally seeking someone with prior residential experience, i.e. housing, apartments, student accommodation. About the company: This company is a growing, medium-sized building & civil engineering contractor. They've been in business for more than 15 years, with an impressive portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, life sciences, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
