Intermediate Senior Quantity Surveyor West Dublin Location: West Dublin Job Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: Negotiable A Medium sized main contractor is currently recruiting for an Intermediate to Senior Level QS to work initially on a largew scale projhect in West Dublin. The Company Established over 20 years ago, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering projects throughout Ireland and the UK. They operate across both the public and private sectors in areas such as: Commercial, residential, public works, Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Housing, rapid build and mixed-use. Having recently secured a project in Maynooth, they are currently looking to bring in an experienced QS to manage the job. The Person Degree in Quantity Surveying or related or coming from a strong construction background 4+ years working as a Quantity Surveyor Strong commercial acumen The ability to lead a job Excellent eye for detail Take ownership of duties Strong communicator The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based mainly onsite in west Dublin and from the companies Dublin office.
