Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team. As a Senior Cost Manager at Linesight, you will play a key role in our cost management teams, delivering cost predictability, assurance, and value for money on prestigious projects across the globe.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively participate in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
    • Manage the change management process, identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing changes that affect project costs.
    • Analyze tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
    • Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling of claims.
    • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
    • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports.
    • Support nimble project management and clear decision-making through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
    • Foster top performance and growth for employees through excellent mentorship and leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a senior cost manager in a consultancy background.
  • Pre-contract cost management experience, with budget control, cost planning, and change management expertise.
  • Chartered status or on the path to completion.
  • Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
