Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud platform
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase
- Perform testing and debugging of platform components to ensure high-quality delivery
- Work on automating deployment processes and improving system performance
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the health of the platform infrastructure
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Enhance your coding by using new tools and programming languages
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Go or Java
- Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a company
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Exposure to Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology
The Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on software development experience in Python
- Production experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure on AWS
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Experience with cloud-native applications
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, ECS and Kubernetes
- Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, demonstrated through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills
