Internal Audit Manager Insurance Dublin
Leadership role within a well-established company's Internal Audit department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit assignments, staying current on industry developments and regulations.


• Support the team in delivering constructive feedback within a complex organization.


• Ensure clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders.


• Manage all phases of the audit process for multiple concurrent audits.


• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the annual internal audit plan.


• Collaborate with management to track action plans and ensure timely resolution.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in internal or external audit.


• University degree in a relevant field or a professional accounting qualification.


• Strong understanding of audit practices and methodologies.


• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to clearly communicate complex matters and think objectively.
