Internal Audit Manager Insurance Dublin
Leadership role within a well-established company's Internal Audit department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audit assignments, staying current on industry developments and regulations.
- Support the team in delivering constructive feedback within a complex organization.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of the audit process for multiple concurrent audits.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the annual internal audit plan.
- Collaborate with management to track action plans and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in internal or external audit.
- University degree in a relevant field or a professional accounting qualification.
- Strong understanding of audit practices and methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex matters and think objectively.
