Internal Key Account Manager Medical Excellent opportunity to join a leading progressive medical wholesale and retail supplier with a nationwide presence. This role is fully office based in Ashbourne, Co Meath. Responsibilities: Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Acquire a thorough understanding of company products and services. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Cold calling potential customers, establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly. Following up on leads generated by other departments. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales and customer focused office environment. Excellent organisational skills and time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Experience working as part of a team and in using own initiative. Attention to detail. Positive attitude. Strong sales skills. Excellent multitasking abilities due to the diversity of the role. Familiar and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook / CRM and accounting software systems.
