Join our in-house Recruitment team in Ireland and Northern Ireland to drive growth and success for top brands. As an in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews.
About the Role
- Liaise with managers to identify recruitment needs
- Advertise vacancies through job sites, newspapers, and other platforms
- Use sourcing methods including LinkedIn, CV databases, and proactive searching
- Schedule interviews and compile interview packs
- Communicate with interview panels and new hires
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Very strong organization skills and effective time management
- Strong relationship skills
- Attention to detail
