Job Description

Join our in-house Recruitment team in Ireland and Northern Ireland to drive growth and success for top brands. As an in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews.

About the Role

  • Liaise with managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Advertise vacancies through job sites, newspapers, and other platforms
  • Use sourcing methods including LinkedIn, CV databases, and proactive searching
  • Schedule interviews and compile interview packs
  • Communicate with interview panels and new hires

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Very strong organization skills and effective time management
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Attention to detail
