Job Description
Internal Sales Representative sought to handle customer orders and enquiries, build relationships, and drive sales growth in the mechanical and electrical sector across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders and enquiries by phone and email
- Send pricing/quotations to customers and follow up on invoices
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Communicate with the team and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
- Maximize sales opportunities and expand the customer base
Requirements:
- Prior experience in internal sales
- Experience selling to the mechanical and electrical sector an advantage
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well-organised
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Good computer skills
