Job Description
Internal Sales Representative opportunity with a leading distributor to the mechanical and electrical sector across Ireland, handling customer orders and enquiries, building relationships and ensuring smooth transactions.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email, sending pricing/quotations, and following up on invoicing. You will also build a friendly relationship with existing clients, providing great customer service, and communicate with the team and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish.
- Dealing directly with customers to maximize sales at every opportunity
- Working to expand the customer base by identifying and developing new accounts
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Communicating with the team and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in internal sales, ideally with experience selling to the same sector. They will also have exceptional customer service skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well-organized, with strong communication skills and good numerical and computer skills.
Benefits include a salary of €45-50K, bonus, health insurance, and pension. The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm Friday.
