Internal sales for Irish leading construction supplier. Based in Cork. Clear career progression to move into direct sales/field sales. €30,000 - €45,000 base salary. THE COMPANY: A leading construction supplier established over 35 years and with a sales turnover of more than €200+ million, this Irish company is enjoying some excellent growth hence their current requirement a new Internal Sales representative. They sell a wide range of construction products and consumables eg: timber, sealants, Bricks, Insulation, Cladding, etc to contractors both big and small. THE ROLE: This is an inbound sales/sales support role based full time in the branch in Cork city. You will be part of a dynamic team in a great environment with full training provided. Day to day tasks include managing customer enquiries, processing orders and building/maintaining customer relationships. This role is 100% account management and you will not be expected to do any cold calling. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales, ideally in an internal or trade counter role. Exposure to the construction sector is highly desirable but not essential. You need to be commercially astute, well-presented, and IT literate. A full company induction is offered.
