On behalf of our client based in Ballymount, we are recruiting two Internal Sales Representatives to join their growing business. Duties: Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, which involves sending details to the factory for quoting. Preparing quotation for customer including installation estimate. Follow up of quotations. Meeting agreed targets. Preparation of documentation should the quotation become an order. Working as part of the sales team and engaging with technical team to complete the order process. Sharing workload of Showroom visitors. Maintaining electronic files of all correspondence, drawings etc in our drive towards achieving a paperless office environment. Use of and updating of CRM system. Strict adherence to company policy in terms of procedures e.g. deposit payments, customer sign off documentation, etc. Experience: Experience of the construction sector required. Some level of selling skills required. Ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings essential. Microsoft Office and Excel experience essential. Ability to meet in person and over the phone with customers, architects, contractors, etc. Skills: Sales Process Internal Sales Selling experience Quotations Targets
