Internal Sales Support Job In Cork

Support sales team and perform various sales activities, interacting with customers and prospects, generating quotations and driving sales growth.

Job Description

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries and generate quotations, order processing and invoicing.
• Perform outbound activities to engage with potential customers, identify their needs and drive a response for quotation.
• Record all activity on the company's CRM and maintain the system to the highest standard.
• Follow up on leads and present weekly updates on sales activities.
• Liaise with external field sales personnel and generate sales reports.

About You

• You will be customer focused, self-motivated, reliable and dependable with a high level of integrity and drive.
• You may already have some experience in sales and sales support activities.
• Third level qualification in engineering or engineering related disciplines is required.
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills is essential.
• High standard of computer literacy, specifically including ERP's, CRM's and MS Tool applications, is required.
