Internal Sales Support Representative Are you from an engineering or automation background and interested in developing a career in sales? You will support the sales team and perform various sales activities. You will be in the front line of the business and often the first point of contact for both customers and prospects. Respond to inbound customer enquiries Generate quotations, order processing and invoicing Some outbound activities to engage with potential customers, identify their needs and drive a response for quotation All activity will be recorded on the company's CRM and you will ensure the system is maintained to the highest standard Follow up on leads Present weekly updates on sales activities Liaise with external field sales personnel Generate sales reports Who are you: You will be customer focused, self-motivated, reliable and dependable with a high level of integrity and drive. You may already have some experience in sales and sales support activities Third level qualification in engineering or engineering related disciplines Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills High standard of computer literacy required, specifically including ERP's, CRM's and MS Tool applications.
