Cpl HR recruitment have an opportunity to join a very successful international software company in the capacity of International Benefits Lead on an FTC basis for an 18 month contract. You will join a large Global Total Rewards team and report into the US. Roles and responsibilities will include: Designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs Ensure that the benefits offerings are competitive to attract and retain talent Manage relationships with external third party benefits providers Provide regular reports to senior management Collaborate closely with other functions and the wider Total Rewards team Skills and experience required: Must have experience and an in depth knowledge of global benefits, not just the ROI and UK Strong technical ability and system knowledge will be key to this role You must be an excellent communicator, with strong delivery presentation skills Stakeholder management at a senior level will be required If you have senior global benefits experience and would consider an excellent contract opportunity, get in touch today with your CV.
