As a Senior Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly and accurately across multiple countries.
Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, managing a team of payroll analysts, and collaborating with various departments to support our growing global operations.
Oversee and review the work of payroll analysts, ensuring all inputs are accurate before submission to external payroll providers.
Serve as the go-to guide for the team, addressing queries from the international payroll mailbox and providing assistance as needed.
Participate and present in daily payroll meetings and collaborate in weekly/monthly meetings with support departments (HR, Accounting, Tax, etc.).
Be responsible for the reconciliation and filing of monthly and quarterly social security, wage taxes, and pensions for multiple countries.
At least 5 years in a senior payroll analyst or payroll manager role, with a focus on international payrolls.
Experience with Workday and/or Oracle OTL is a plus.
