What we can offer you Excellent starting salary of €60,000 - €65,000 per annum Performance-based bonus Relocation assistance to Dublin, whether new to the city or returning Hybrid/remote working options Flexible working hours Top training, client exposure and interesting scope of projects working with a mix of businesses and sectors Inclusion in the company sports and social community Quarterly performance reviews, quick progression opportunities Opportunities to travel internationally Your key responsibilities Provide international tax advice to major multinational groups Work on complex cross-border transactions and high-profile mergers and acquisitions Assist clients in developing international tax strategies and stay updated on international tax developments Manage a portfolio of International Tax Advisory clients, including PLCs, US-based MNCs, and private groups Oversee project management for both Irish and cross-border projects Manage a team of approximately five employees, including seniors and trainees Requirements Your CV should reflect that you are a qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and/or a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. You should demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of Irish tax, along with an interest in international tax projects and developments. Additionally, you should have a minimum of four and a half years of experience in a professional tax environment, either in practice or industry, including some time at the manager level or equivalent.
