Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and delivery of financial reporting data, including developing a comprehensive understanding of accounting cycles.
• Processing and payment of invoices to suppliers.
• Bank Accounts Reconciliation.
• General ledger postings and general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintenance of process documentation.
• Generation and verification of KPI reports for senior management.
• Support and cover for other team colleagues.
• Contributing to companywide projects to ensure delivery on strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a similar role, with tasks related to Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Postings, and General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of Italian language is not essential but advantageous.
