We are seeking a qualified professional with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset, who can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of financial reporting data, including comprehensive understanding of accounting cycle.
- Processing and payment of invoices to suppliers.
- Bank Accounts Reconciliation.
- General ledger postings and general ledger reconciliations.
- Maintenance of process documentation.
- Generation and verification of KPI reports for senior management.
- Support and cover for other team colleagues.
- Contributing to companywide projects to ensure delivery on strategic objectives.
- Support to up-line in relation to planning the immediate needs within team and assisting ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role, undertaking tasks related to Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Postings, and General Ledger Reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of Italian language is not essential but advantageous.
- Excellent skills in Flexibility & Adaptability, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Self-starter.
