We are seeking a qualified professional with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset, who can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and delivery of financial reporting data, including comprehensive understanding of accounting cycle.
  • Processing and payment of invoices to suppliers.
  • Bank Accounts Reconciliation.
  • General ledger postings and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of process documentation.
  • Generation and verification of KPI reports for senior management.
  • Support and cover for other team colleagues.
  • Contributing to companywide projects to ensure delivery on strategic objectives.
  • Support to up-line in relation to planning the immediate needs within team and assisting ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, undertaking tasks related to Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Postings, and General Ledger Reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Italian language is not essential but advantageous.
  • Excellent skills in Flexibility & Adaptability, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Self-starter.
