InTune Engineer
6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Cork based / Hybrid Working Model
Position Overview:
On behalf our my client I'm seeking an InTune Engineer with 4+ years experience to join their expanding team for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of their platforms as they continue to evolve and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the existing team to maintain a highly available platform.
- Identify and implement platform improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist in scaling the platform to meet enterprise needs.
- Provide training and support to Service Desk and site support teams.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues within Service Desk and site support teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning to align platform evolution with business objectives.
Experience, Education, and Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing InTune in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining:
- Collections, Site System role deployments including Distribution Points (DP) and Preboot Execution Environment (PXE)
- Boundary Management
- InTune & Co-Management
- Windows Server OS troubleshooting.
- SQL Server troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Software patch management and client support.
