A leading Private Equity company is seeking an Analyst to join its team due to expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the deal process from investment appraisal to execution
- Conduct market research and company valuations
- Support deal negotiations with key stakeholders
- Ongoing portfolio management
- Financial Modelling and Valuation work
Requirements
- Experience in a Big 4 environment (Deals, Valuations, Transaction Services, Restructuring etc.)
- Ideal qualifications: ACA or CFA, or equivalent
- Core technical skills (including financial modelling and valuation work)
- A deal driven individual with an impressive work ethic
- An excellent communicator
