Camden is currently working with leading Investment Managers in Dublin on several exciting Front-Office roles. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of financial markets and direct-to-market strategies across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios.
- Conduct detailed fund analysis and independently monitor a portfolio of funds to drive informed investment decisions.
- Track and analyse market trends, providing timely insights and recommendations to portfolio managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative investment strategies, including those aligned with sustainable investing goals.
- Oversee fund performance and positioning, ensuring consistent alignment with broader investment objectives.
- Perform in-depth manager research, engaging directly with investment managers to evaluate strategies and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively communicating investment findings and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a strong advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Investment Analyst, preferably within Asset Management.
- Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
- Experience or a strong interest in sustainable investing and ESG frameworks.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
