A leading Private Equity company is seeking an Analyst to join its team due to expansion.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in all aspects of the deal process from investment appraisal, through to executionConducting market research and company valuationsSupporting deal negotiations with key stakeholdersOngoing portfolio managementFinancial Modelling and Valuation workExperienceExperience in a Big 4 environment (Deals, Valuations, Transaction Services, Restructuring etc.). However, backgrounds in Corporate Finance, Private Credit and other Private Equity firms are also desirable.Ideally ACA or CFA qualified, or equivalent.Core technical skills (including financial modelling and valuation work)A deal driven individual with an impressive work ethicAn excellent communicator in order to manage relationships across a range of business owners, management within portfolio companies, investors, advisers, bankers etc.Excellent financial package with substantial bonuses linked to performance.
