Summary of the Investment Analyst role: Analyze investment opportunities, create financial models, and support senior team members in investment decision-making for a pan-European Real Estate firm.
Our client, a pan-European Real Estate firm, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Dublin team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support the investment process and contribute to the firm's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including sensitivity analysis and debt structuring.
- Support the drafting of deal memos, information memorandums, and other supporting documents.
- Assist senior team members in preparing investment appraisals for the Investment Committee.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
