Investment Analyst

A pan-European Real Estate firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their Dublin team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain investment models, including sensitivity analysis and debt structuring.
• Support the drafting of deal memos, information memorandums, and other supporting documents.
• Assist senior team members in preparing investment appraisals for the Investment Committee.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
