Private Equity firm seeks ambitious Investment Associate to contribute to growth and success.
We are delighted to partner with a highly regarded Private Equity firm who are seeking to add an ambitious Investment Associate to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential investment opportunities, analysing financials, market trends, and business models to ensure informed decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial health of target companies, reviewing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow to determine viability and return potential.
- Investment Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and risk management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and proposals, presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Newly Qualified Accountant (0-3 Years PQE)
- Ideal candidate will have recently completed their professional qualifications, bringing fresh expertise to the role.
- Experience from a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm will be a distinct advantage, particularly within corporate finance or transaction services.
- A proactive individual who can work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to a variety of stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the private equity space, with a strong desire to grow within the industry.
