Investment Banking Manager sought for Corporate Finance advisory firm, working on M&A and Debt Advisory mandates, with 5-7 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance.
Responsibilities:
- Support transactions from cradle to grave, working closely with Senior Directors.
- Build client relationships across multiple industries.
- Identify opportunities and prepare pitch book documents.
- Attend networking events and build industry contacts.
Requirements:
- CFA qualified or studying towards qualification.
- Transaction Services/Corporate Finance experience is essential.
- Experience building complex financial models.
- Highly numerical individual with a commercial mindset.
