Job Description
The Investment Data Analyst will oversee daily workload distribution, ensuring accurate and timely completion of helpdesk and project assignments for the Global Data Services & Fund and Investment Operations business unit. This is a hybrid position requiring full work rights and a base in Ireland.
Essential experience includes a Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or related field, and 3-4 years in Mutual Fund Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst roles within a Financial Services Company.
- Timely response to customer set-up and maintenance requests
- Experience in varied projects/initiatives, from straightforward to complex
- Research request assistance and problem resolution
- Data quality issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Process enhancements for efficient, accurate, and timely activities, including data loading, quality checks, and reporting
Key skills include:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Teamwork and initiative
- MS Office, particularly Excel
- Investment securities knowledge and Bloomberg experience
- SQL and Oracle skills
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills are required, as well as the ability to work closely with technology teams to resolve production support issues.
