Job Details: Investment Fees & Reconciliation AnalystThis is a key role within the Investment Control team, which delivers Asset Reporting under Solvency II EIOPA and PRA Regulation for UPE, UHIL, and Utmost Group and PWP fee collection for Utmost Group Ireland (UGI). The role holder will be positioned in the Fees and Rec’s team and is responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are followed so that best practice is consistently adhered to.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & DesignSupport the business in the development of new initiatives.Demonstrate ability to follow processes and procedures and provide feedback for improvement where gaps have been identified.Organizational Set-up / Distribution of WorkProven experience of working with large teams and the ability to work with demanding and tight timelines.Ability to report issues directly with the relevant counterparty.Able to prioritise tasks and work through tasks in a methodical manner.Key RequirementsHow the Position is Expected to DeliverDelivery of timely Policy Reconciliation Process for a large and diversified Custodian/DFM Base, including performance of data cleansing and investigation of unexplained discrepancies.Collection of fees within increasingly tighter deadlines and actively work on reducing the required pre-funding amounts on a quarterly basis.Bank reconciliation process – ensure the number of unmatched transactions are kept to a minimum.Preparation and completion of monthly/quarterly reconciliations.ControlExperience in continuous improvement of operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment.This includes review of risks, bottlenecks, issues, and dependencies.People / Stakeholder ManagementWork collaboratively with Internal and External stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
