Service Line: FS Our Financial Services practice is committed to excellence, with quality and innovation top priorities in the specialist services we deliver, providing greater value to our clients in banking, investment funds, securitisation, insurance and leasing. About the role: The Investment Management Industry in Deloitte Ireland is looking to hire a regulatory specialist to support our clients and teams navigate the regulatory environment. Responsibilities: Maintaining and building investment management regulatory knowledge - both local and European Understanding our client and target base and how regulation impacts them Developing value add materials for our clients and presenting to them and facilitating conversations/workshops with them Attending and presenting at board and audit committee meetings Compiling thought leadership on regulatory developments - print and social Engaging with the wider EMEA Regulatory community and building cross border relationships within Deloitte Building relationships across the local firm Attendance at events and speaking at events on behalf of Deloitte - representing the firm and building relationships and networks About you: Experienced in the industry, with an in depth knowledge of relevant regulation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to upskill our teams on regulatory changes Ability to produce high quality thought leadership content Ability to represent Deloitte at client and board meetings on regulatory topics. Understand Deloitte's client base and proactively consider the impact of regulation on their businesses, and be able to facilitate conversations with our clients.
