Job Description
Investment Manager: Oversee investment fund, manage transactions, support investee companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry and company research
- Support business growth plans, analyse financial and operational results
- Research legal and accounting issues related to transactions
- Draft investment term sheets and legal documentation
- Financial modelling
About the Role:
- Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder
- At least 1 year post-qualified experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Restructuring, M&A, or equivalent
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical and IT skills
- Experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and investment structuring is a strong advantage
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to new challenges, and the ability to build relationships
