JWP ICAV JWP is an investment platform which is managed by the DELSK Group, offering four European alternative investment funds under the JWP brand name. JWP funds comply with the immigration policies of their countries of registration where unit holders of JWP funds qualify for certain citizenship or residency programs. This unique feature has attracted an increasing amount of qualified investors, making JWP funds one of the most popular financial products in the Asian market. JWP funds are structured around a core concept of Safety and Predictable Income. The funds specialize in the real estate sector, particularly in cash flow generating assets such as hotels, nursing homes, and apartment buildings. As of now, there are JWP Real Estate Investment Funds with a total of 300 million EUR in Portugal, Greece, Ireland and Australia. JWP ICAV is a registered investment vehicle in Central bank of Ireland. Its primary focus is in Irish nursing home sector. Currently it holds a portfolio of 11 operating nursing homes. Job description: As an Investment Manager, you will be fully involved in various stages of deal execution including sourcing, screening, analyzing and executing investment. Your key priorities and responsibilities include: Conduct detailed industry, business, financial due diligence on prospective investments. Modelling and preparation of reports and recommendations for potential transactions. Prepare in depth financial and data analysis for potential investments including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping and industry research. Provide market insights, investment ideas, and build cases for potential investments. Source new investments including meeting with entrepreneurs and operators, attending relevant conferences and networking events and calling on new prospects. Build relationships to manage a sustainable deal pipeline. Present fairview analysis of potential deals to Investment Committee. Take on post investment management duties as required including monitoring and evaluating performance of new and existing investments. Liaise with external consultants. About You: To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: At least 3 years’ experience working in financial services, preferably in corporate finance or investment analysis. Superior financial modelling, writing and presentation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships. Ability to interpret data and provide relevant conclusions and recommendations.
