As a pivotal part of our investment operations, you will ensure seamless transaction processing, accurate data management, and exceptional client service. You will collaborate with industry experts, leverage cutting-edge technology, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide premier service delivery and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) to end clients.
- Liaise with clients and/or associated financial organizations to resolve issues to client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners to support key interactions and continued premier service delivery.
- Participate in client service reviews and other client meetings.
- Take ownership of initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency.
- Maintain robust standard operating policies (SOPs), procedures, and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards.
- Work with management to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy in a 'follow the sun' model.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Investment Operations, including managing change.
- Excellent client-facing skills and communication style.
- Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations.
- Extensive understanding of OTC instruments, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, and Equity products.
- Attested track record of successfully working to deadlines and managing independent workload.
- Experience in Investment Operations, Reconciliations, and transaction lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.
